Sparkling
Cielo 9º Frizzante
Glass 5.9 · Bottle 29.5
Veneto, Italy · Garganega, Pinot Grigio
In 1908 Giovanni Cielo founded the wine house that bears his name. His vineyards, overlooking the legendary castle of Romeo & Juliet, stretch across the hills of Verona and Padua. The 9 in the name stands for the alcohol percentage. A rich aroma of apple, pear, fresh citrus and passion fruit, with a velvety mousse.
Roura Cava Brut
Glass 6.5 · Bottle 35.5
Penedès, Spain · Chardonnay, Xarel-lo
Pleasant mouthfeel, beautiful and smooth with a low acidity level. A beautifully balanced cava: juicy, slightly creamy and with a subtle freshness.

Baron Dauvergne Grand Cru Brut ‘Tour Eiffel’
Bottle 69.5
Bouzy, Champagne, France · Pinot Noir (80%), Chardonnay (20%)
Champagne of very high quality with a fine, creamy and elegant mousse. Fruity on the nose, with a sparkling hint of honey on the finish. Sylvaner 2023 L’insoumis François Bléger

Apostelhoeve 2025 Cuvée XII
